aTalent was founded in 2004 in Otaniemi and is still today fully owned by student and alumni organisations - Prodeko, Prodeko Alumni and KY. Company has grown 50% every year and has a strong ethical focus in our business. aTalent is operating at the crossroads of highly educated talents and employing companies every day of the week and knows what both companies and young professionals are looking for and what is hot regarding recruitment. With search & hire, aTalent uses public and targeted search to find their customer company the brightest and most motivated talents with an excellent organizational fit. KY started as an owner in 2012 and then the name changed from Prodeko recruiting to aTalent. Nowadays the company has almost 60 employees and revenue in 2017 was 4.4 M€. In 2017, aTalent helped 470 young professionals to find a job in business, tech or IT field.
Supporting Prodekoians on trip towards dream jobs
As a Prodeko member, you hear about job opportunities first. You can find summer jobs, short projects and trainee program starting from your first school day, and after graduation you find also permanent jobs in intresting companies. All job applicants got individual feedback and tips for job seeking, for example to better their application or CV or help with job interview.
